We stand behind our products. If you feel one of our products needs to be returned or exchanged, please call us during business hours . We'll give you simple directions for your return and issue the proper credit.
In order to avoid paying a disproportionate shipping fee, we recommend that your order total be at least £10.00

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
When you place an order for goods or services promoted by Learning Goodies, you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions as governing your order. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions specified here, you should not order from Learning Goodies.
Please note that Learning Goodies is a trading style of Training & Leadership Coaching Ltd.We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Order Acceptance
The sale of Learning Goodies' products shall not be considered complete until we have accepted your offer to purchase them. Our acceptance of your offer to purchase is signified when we despatch your items. Learning Goodies reserves the right to decline your order at any time. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you via e-mail to advise you and refund your credit or debit card in full without delay.
Customer Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order by returning the goods and notice to us up to 14 days after the day the goods are received. Goods must be unused and in their original packaging. In the event of such valid cancellation no charge will be made. We shall refund the full cost of the goods less the cost of postage within 30 days of such valid cancellation.

All prices shown are in UK Pounds Sterling.
Delivery & Shipping
We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order to your door within 10 working days of receipt of order for UK deliveries and within 15 working days of receipt for delivery to all other countries. However, we will not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this time-scale or on any particular day or dates. Should we not be able to deliver within the above delivery dates, we will inform you and offer you the option of a refund.All shipping rates quoted are for UK mainland only. For outside of these areas, please e-mail us for a shipping rate.

Complaint Procedure
On receiving any complaint, Learning Goodies shall respond promptly and effectively and shall take action appropriate to the seriousness and frequency of the problem. We shall acknowledge any complaint within five working days and endeavour to resolve the matter with you within fifteen working days.
If we are unable to resolve the matter within this time, we will notify you accordingly and keep you informed of further progress.
Legal Liability
The contracts for the sale of goods or services by Learning Goodies from this website shall be exclusively subject to, governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them. Please note our items are sold as business to business gifts and are not sold for use by children - if you are unsure about suitability for children please contact us prior to purchase.
